Purpose of Data Processing/Legal Basis: We treat the personal data you provide via contact forms, telephone, or email as confidential. Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we process your data as follows:

For general inquiries, your data is used exclusively to process your inquiry. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR, where our legitimate interest is in responding to your inquiry.

For inquiries related to an offer, potential business relationship, or existing business relationship, we process your data to prepare an offer, clarify your questions, or provide and invoice contractual services. If you are our contractual partner as a natural person, Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR is the legal basis. If you are acting as an employee of a company that is our contractual partner, Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR applies, with our legitimate interest being the preparation and fulfilment of the requested offer or contract.

Recipients/Categories of Recipients:  We do not pass on data to third parties outside the WISAG Group as a general rule. In exceptional cases, data may be processed on our behalf by processors, who are carefully selected, audited, and contractually bound under Art. 28 GDPR. If necessary, we may pass on extracts of your inquiry to contractual partners (e.g., subcontractors for specific service inquiries), anonymised beforehand to prevent reference to you. If passing on personal information is necessary, we will inform you and, if required by law, obtain your consent.

Storage Period/Criteria for Determining the Storage Period:  All personal data sent to us via this website or email for general inquiries (suggestions, praise, or criticism) will be deleted or securely anonymized no later than 90 days after our final reply. This period accounts for potential follow-up inquiries. For data related to offers or business relationships, we store personal data for the duration of the business relationship and beyond, as required by legal retention periods.

3. Application for Vacancies

We process application data to assess your qualifications for the position. The legal basis for processing to establish an employment relationship is Art. 6 b) GDPR. If application documents contain special categories of personal data (e.g., health, religious beliefs, ethnic origin), we process these based on Art. 9 b) GDPR due to our legal obligations as an employer.

Recipients of Personal Data: Personal data in application documents are accessed by relevant HR managers. Information provided is treated confidentially and processed within the WISAG Group only if there is a legitimate interest in centrally used services. Contact details are used to communicate with you regarding the application process.

Storage Period: Personal data is deleted once it is no longer required. If an employment relationship is established, the data is transferred to the personnel file. If an application is rejected, data is deleted 6 months after the rejection unless longer storage is needed for legal claims defence. With your consent, we may store your application for future selection processes (Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR). Consent can be revoked at any time. You have the option to withdraw your application at any time.
